Terms and Conditions for Oaktree Manor Guesthouse
1. **Booking Policy**: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required to secure a booking.
2. **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge equivalent to 25% of the total booking value. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
3. **Check-in/Check-out**: Check-in time is from 2 pm onwards, and check-out time is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. **Payment**: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled upon check-out.
5. **Damages and Losses**: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred to the property during their stay. Oaktree Manor reserves the right to charge the guest for any necessary repairs or replacements.
6. **Pets**: We regret that pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals.
7. **Guest Conduct**: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow guests and staff. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in immediate eviction without refund.
9. **Liability**: Oaktree Manor Guesthouse is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during the stay, unless it results from negligence on our part.
10. **Privacy Policy**: We respect the privacy of our guests and adhere to all relevant data protection laws. Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
By making a reservation with Oaktree Manor Guesthouse, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
